As a producer, I don’t just manage schedules and resources—I also help shape the product vision and roadmap, much like a product manager. Even though it wasn’t a full-time assignment, I developed a deeper understanding of core product management tasks: defining feature sets, prioritizing backlog items, and iterating on user feedback.
