Digitally native Producer & Product Manager, fluent in AI, and at home with any product.

Experience

  • At AREA 17, my role as Group Production Director and my work on Twill CMS have allowed me to bridge the roles of producer and product manager, leveraging skills from both disciplines to deliver impactful digital products. As a producer, I go beyond managing schedules and resources to actively shape the product vision and roadmap, much like a product manager. By staying deeply involved in all major internal and client meetings, I translate stakeholder feedback into actionable tasks and coordinate teams around shared goals. This work mirrors product management in orchestrating communication, aligning features with user needs, and driving toward successful product launches.

In addition to my producer responsibilities, I’ve had the opportunity to take on a direct product management role for Twill CMS. This experience involved defining feature sets, prioritizing backlog items, and iterating based on user feedback. Although not a full-time assignment, it allowed me to deepen my understanding of core product management tasks, including leading cross-functional teams, managing trade-offs, and aligning the product with strategic objectives. This hybrid experience has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective and the ability to seamlessly navigate the intersection of production and product management.

  • At Ideas On Purpose, I honed my leadership and strategic capabilities as a Senior Producer, managing engagements for high-profile clients such as Pfizer, Coca-Cola, and Kellogg’s. In this role, I led diverse teams of developers and designers, ensuring projects advanced smoothly and were completed on time. My proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks was key to maintaining project timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

I also focused on enhancing team efficiency and productivity by introducing new production methodologies and tools. This included providing essential training and support to junior producers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. My experience at Ideas On Purpose not only strengthened my ability to manage complex, cross-disciplinary teams but also reinforced my commitment to delivering strategic solutions that meet client needs.

  • At HDNY, I gained my first true digital experience, cutting my teeth on complex projects and building a strong foundation for my career in digital production. Managing engagements for Sony and American Express, I focused on their internal platforms, overseeing the end-to-end project life cycle. From defining requirements and generating timelines to monitoring development and maintaining scope, schedule, and budget, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful digital solutions.

I also managed the QA process at every phase, ensuring the highest quality standards were met and all functionality and approved changes were implemented according to specifications. This role was pivotal in shaping my ability to handle intricate digital projects, balance technical and client needs, and deliver results that align with strategic objectives. My time at HDNY was the foundation on which I built my expertise in leading digital engagements.
